From spreadsheet to system
We grow when our customers do
Most businesses start by running on a spreadsheet, a notebook and a lot of phone calls. It works, until it doesn't. Rent goes unmatched, stock runs out or expires, and nobody can say who owes what.
Kodi Manager took over from a Google Sheets setup for rent collection. Pharma started from a pharmacist's stock-take sheet. In both, we began with the way the business already worked, and turned it into software it can run from a phone.
That is how we build everything. We start from your daily work, keep what already works, and take away the retyping, the guessing and the chasing.

Access is enforced in the database, not just hidden on the screen.
